VAL Training Session - Multifamily Modeling

Learn to use the VAL platform in a live training session this Fall. The VAL Cash Flow Modeling & Property Valuation application was created to be a modern, cloud-based platform for CRE modeling. In this session you will be introduced to the interface and learn about modeling Multifamily properties to produce cash flows and DCF/Direct Cap Valuations; lease-up, rollover, , 'What-if' scenarios, , model sharing, auditing/data transparency, sizing/debt analysis, Excel integrations, and how to run interactive reports. In addition to this session focused on Multifamily CREFC will also offer a session on Office, Retail, and Industrial Modeling using the VAL platform . CREFC participants will be able to utilize a free VAL license for a year after the training in order to keep building their skills and get real-time exposure modeling in VAL on live deals. License information will be sent to each attendee with course materials from our presenters ahead of the course.
