CREFC’s Pride Network mission is to provide a forum for LGBTQ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer) members and allies to foster an environment of inclusiveness, respect, and equality for the LGBTQ community within the CRE finance industry. The Pride Network aims to fulfill that mission by developing, sustaining, and promoting diversity policies and initiatives.
CREFC’s Pride Network will work to promote opportunity, advancement, and retention of LGBTQ individuals within the commercial real estate finance industry and provide the infrastructure necessary to ensure the efforts’ success and long-term viability.
The CREFC Pride Network will support the LGBTQ community by offering resources, programming, community building, and education.
