COVID Reflections 4 Years Later
At the start of COVID the Young Professionals Network (YP) held a webinar where industry leaders provided their perspectives on working through previous economic downturns and what each speaker predicted would be the outcome of the COVID Pandemic. It also provided insight into what the audience as Young Professionals (who may have never worked in a downturn or recession before) should know and should be doing. Four years later we are reflecting on those predictions and how things compare in the current environment. Speakers will rehash their experiences in previous downturns and offer YPs advice on how to make an impact in your current role (for those who are employed) and how to find opportunities (for those who get displaced).
