The CRE Finance Council is pleased to announce an Argus Enterprise Training Session. This 3-hour training session is targeted to analysts and associates across the CRE community. ARGUS Enterprise access will not be required for this training. Attendees will have access to an online “learning lab” where they will be able to access the software for the duration of the training.

Attendees will receive their login details the afternoon of November 6th directly from the course trainers. 
Links to the virtual classroom and learning lab will be sent on the day of training session.

The CRE Finance Council is pleased to announce an Argus Enterprise Training Session. This 3-hour training session is targeted to analysts and associates across the CRE community. ARGUS Enterprise access will not be required for this training. Attendees will have access to an online “learning lab” where they will be able to access the software for the duration of the training.
 
Prior to the training registered attendees will be sent the links for the virtual classroom and learning lab. This session will NOT be recorded and users will only be able to participate in it during the scheduled time-slot. We recommend that all attendees do system checks prior to the event to ensure their individual firewalls won’t block any of the programs used. 

This program will cover two different modules:  

Detailed Recovery Structures 
The Detailed Recovery Structures course will model simple and complex office and retail recovery structures and apply them to tenants and market leasing profiles. The course will also cover applying a gross-up at the property and tenant level and creating reference only accounts. Individual tenant and expense recovery reports will also be used in this course.    

Rent Roll
The Rent Roll course will cover the set-up of office and retail tenants utilizing complex rent schedules and leasing terms. Rent changes will be applied through base rent increases, fixed step increases, and percentage rent. The course will also illustrate how to lease up vacant space through Space Absorption. Multiple tenant and audit reports will be run to review the file.

Live Training Date: Wednesday, November 6th, 5:30pm – 8:30pm ET

Price: $150 Members / $300 Non-Members

Discounted pricing available for member companies purchasing 10+ registrations. Discounts are based per session and cannot be combined with other sessions or trainings. Names and registration information for each attendee must be provided on the approved template (and submitted together).
