Registration
The health and safety of conference attendees are a top priority for CREFC. All CRE Finance Council events will follow all applicable CDC, federal, state, local, and venue rules and regulations as it relates to COVID-19. Proof of vaccination and identification bearing the same identifying information as the proof of vaccination are required to attend this event in person; registrants not vaccinated are invited to join live stream.
30 Years of Age or Younger Rate:
To register at the 30 and Under Program Rate, you must be approved prior to registering for the conference. In order to receive this discounted rate you must be 30 years of age or younger and employed at a
CREFC Member company. Please
apply here (you will be required to show proof of age). You will receive a confirmation e-mail within two business days once approved and will be able to register at the discounted rate at that time.
Academic Rate: To register at the Academic Member rate, you must be approved prior to registering for the conference. Please
apply here for Academic Membership and note that you MUST be a full time student or professor. You will receive a confirmation e-mail within two business days once approved and will be able to register at the discounted rate at that time.
Investor Rate: *I represent that I invest in agency or non-agency CMBS and/or CRE CLOs either directly or on behalf of financial institutions or funds for which I work in order to receive the Investor discounted rate. If I elect this discounted rate without qualifying, I agree to pay the difference of the full rate required (rate based on original date of registration); if I do not pay the difference, I understand my registration will be cancelled/refunded. I also understand that I may be contacted by a CREFC representative to provide additional information to retain this rate. CREFC reserves the right to change, delete, or otherwise modify the information required without any prior notice. Please note the cancellation policy for refunds below also applies.

Refunds: Cancellations must be received on or before Friday, November 12 . ALL CANCELLATIONS PRIOR TO November 12 ARE SUBJECT TO A $100 CANCELLATION FEE PER ATTENDEE. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON ANY CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED AFTER November 12.
Participant substitutions may be made at any time at no additional charge. Substitutions and cancellations must be made by email to

Adjustment Policy: In the event that in-person registrations need to be converted to a live stream registration, CREFC is unable to refund or apply the difference to this conference or a future event.
Conference dress code is business casual.
