CALL FOR 2024 NOMINATIONS

Nominations for the CRE Finance Council’s 2024 Class of 20 Under 40 are now open.

Each year, we recognize the achievements of outstanding young commercial real estate finance professionals who are reshaping the industry with their ideas and innovation. 

CREFC Young Professionals (YP) have navigated unprecedented challenges associated with a post-COVID economy and a dynamic market environment. They have embraced technological advances and brought fresh perspectives. This wave of talent is a driving force shaping our industry's evolution and helping ensure its future with their creativity and determination.

You will find CREFC YPs in every segment of the CRE industry - balance sheet and securitized lenders, bond investors, private equity firms, servicers and rating agencies – and their active participation in CREFC committees, events, and initiatives has shaped the development and implementation of our programming. Their voice and ideas have ensured that CREFC’s YP programs remain relevant and impactful.

Nomination Qualifications and Details:

  • All nominees must be active CREFC members who are employed in the CRE finance industry.
  • Each nominated YP must be 40 years of age or younger (as of June 10, 2024).
  • Nominees are required to submit a photo ID.
  • Nominations for others as well as self-nominations are accepted. 

The deadline for nominations is March 29th.
