CREFC’s 20 Under 40 – Class of 2026
In honor of all that Young Professionals (YP) do for the industry, as well as for CREFC, CREFC’s 20 Under 40 program, identifies Young Professionals who have distinguished themselves by positively impacting the CRE finance industry. They bring with them new perspectives, updated approaches to utilizing technology, and more.
Nomination Qualifications and Details:

All nominees must be active
CREFC members
who are employed in the CRE finance industry.

Each nominated YP must be 40 years of age or younger (as of June 2026).

Nominees are required to submit a photo ID.

Nominations for others as well as self-nominations are accepted.
The deadline for nominations is March 20.
