The CRE Finance Council Announces its 2023 Class of 20 Under 40

New class introduced at Annual June Conference acknowledges industry talent from lenders, investors, borrowers, rating agencies, legal and accounting firms

NEW YORK — June 12, 2023 — The CRE Finance Council (CREFC) announced today its 2023 class of distinguished 20 Under 40 professionals who have positively impacted the commercial real estate finance industry. The class was introduced at CREFC’s Annual Conference in New York City.

CREFC’s latest class of 20 Under 40 includes professionals from lenders, investors, borrowers, rating agencies, legal and accounting firms. This diverse group of future leaders is celebrated and acknowledged for its fresh perspectives and innovative approaches to commercial real estate finance.

“Members of the 2023 class of 20 Under 40 truly represent the future of our industry. They have managed challenges related to the COVID pandemic and now are honing their skills further in today’s uncertain and, at times, tumultuous markets,” said Lisa Pendergast, Executive Director of CREFC. “We at CREFC want to congratulate and salute the 2023 class, many of whom are active participants in CREFC committees and overall efforts and have helped shape how CREFC programming is developed and implemented, especially for our Young Professionals.”

CREFC’s celebration of promising industry professionals was inaugurated in 2022.
