Whitney Wheeler

Whitney has over 34 years of commercial real estate asset management experience, with expertise in negotiations, underwriting, valuations, and modifications. Prior to joining SitusAMC, Whitney spent 13 years at LNR Partners where he served as a Senior Vice President and managed a team of four asset managers and supporting staff. During his tenure at LNR, Whitney resolved $20B of CMBS loans, notably including $305MM secured by a 36-property industrial portfolio, $300MM secured by a 6.5MM SF repurposed industrial space in Brooklyn, and litigating title to reform a complex tenant-in-common deed on an office property in Chicago. Past asset management experience includes ORIX Capital Markets, Lend Lease (fka AMRESCO), JE Robert Companies, and Travelers Insurance Company.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at El Paso.
