Kelly M. Wrenn is a member of Ballard Spahr’s Elected Board and leads its national Banking and Financial Services Industry Team. He focuses on a wide range of transactional matters, with an emphasis on business finance transactions, real estate law, commercial loan servicing and distressed commercial real estate loans.
With over thirty (30) years experience, Kelly’s clients include prominent portfolio, agency, and conduit lenders, commercial loan servicers, and other financial institutions. Significant rating agency contacts have been developed in connection with his structured-finance practice, and he has been involved in the closing of high profile real estate and business finance transactions throughout most of the jurisdictions in the United States. Kelly sits on the Board of Governors for the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council and is an active member of the Real Estate Roundtable and the Mortgage Banker’s Association.
