Mitch Adams

Mitchell Adams is an MBA candidate at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business with a focus on real estate finance and investments. He previously earned a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Development with a Finance minor from the University of Southern California. A U.S. Navy veteran, Mitchell served for five years before transitioning into commercial real estate, where he gained institutional exposure through an internship in real estate investment banking at Wells Fargo. Mitchell’s professional and academic experiences have centered on acquisitions and development, with a particular interest in retail repositionings and multifamily value-add opportunities. He is motivated by the challenge of transforming underperforming properties into assets that generate both strong financial performance and meaningful user experiences. His long-term ambition is to apply his institutional training and hands-on deal experience toward building a private equity real estate platform focused on value-add and opportunistic strategies.

Annika Bergqvist is a senior at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, majoring in Agricultural and Applied Economics with a minor in Business Management and Consulting. She has gained hands-on experience in both debt and acquisitions through internships at Greystone and HUBB NYC Properties, where she underwrote multifamily and mixed-use deals, modeled loan proceeds, and conducted market analyses. Annika is passionate about commercial real estate finance and enjoys connecting data-driven analysis with strategic decision-making. On campus, she is actively involved in the Real Estate Club, The Women’s Network, and Chi Omega. She is excited to continue learning, growing her network, and contributing to the future of CRE finance.

Matthew Castelli is a Finance major in the Honors College at Rutgers Business School, where he is also pursuing a concentration in Real Estate. He serves as Treasurer of the Rutgers Real Estate Club and is a member of the selective Road to Wall Street program. Through these experiences, he has developed a strong interest in real estate investment banking and CMBS distribution, where he hopes to build his career. Outside of school, Matthew enjoys long-distance running, strength training, and playing golf.

Hannah Dumansky is a senior at the University of St. Thomas pursuing dual degrees in Mathematical Economics and Financial Management with a minor in Mathematics. A member of the Aquinas Honors Program and GHR Fellows, she has earned consistent placement on the Dean’s List. Hannah has gained professional experience through internships with Thrivent Investments and the South Dakota Investment Council, where she developed skills in fixed income research, securitized products, and equity analysis. She also serves as an economics tutor and has conducted econometric research on various topics. Beyond academics, Hannah is a Division I cross country and track athlete.

Wyaat Harrell is a senior at The University of Texas at San Antonio, pursuing a BBA in Real Estate Finance and Development. A first-generation college student, Wyaat has built experience across multiple sectors of commercial real estate through roles with Affinius Capital, LYND, Corridor Funding, and Landmark Properties.

Most recently, Wyaat interned with Affinius Capital’s Multifamily Development and Capital Markets teams, supporting underwriting, project evaluation, and investment analysis. Previously, he served as a Loan Originator at Corridor Funding, where he originated over $2,000,000 in private debt financing for residential investors and developers.

At UT San Antonio, Wyaat serves as President of the Real Estate Society, leading industry panels, networking events, and student engagement initiatives. He is deeply committed to professional involvement and relationship-building, actively participating in organizations such as CCIM, ULI, and local organizations such as YCRAN (Young Commercial real estate advancement network), and RECSA (Real Estate Council of San Antonio).

Bradford Kuta is a first-generation college student and finance major at Florida State University graduating in May 2026, with plans to pursue a Master of Science in Finance (MSF). He has interned in mortgage capital markets at Bayview Asset Management, equity research at Calamos Investments, and will join Wells Fargo as a 2026 incoming summer analyst. Bradford holds the Linneman REFAI certification, a Florida real estate license, and is involved in FSU’s Real Estate Partners program. Beyond academics and internships, he founded the Stars and Stripes Organization to support veterans in his hometown of Naperville, Illinois. From starting small businesses when he was young to now planning a long-term real estate-focused venture, Bradford is driven to combine finance, real estate, and entrepreneurship to build lasting value.

Gianna Lampert is a senior at the University of Washington studying Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Information Systems. She is originally from Tucson, AZ. She was introduced to the commercial real estate industry in her internship this past summer, where she worked as a Portfolio Analytics and Loan Management Intern. She is fascinated by data-driven decisions and the vast amount of information the real estate industry has at its disposal. Shamiya Lin is a senior at the University of Texas at Austin pursuing a B.S. in Informatics with a concentration in Human-Centered Data Science and a minor in Real Estate. She has experience across acquisitions, asset management, and investment research through roles with Clarion Partners, MiraclePlus, and NewOaks AI. Shamiya has participated in multiple competitive real estate fellowships with Project Destined, gaining exposure to asset classes including industrial, affordable housing, senior living, and master-planned communities. At UT, she serves as a research assistant studying institutional ownership in housing markets, applying Python and advanced data science methods to evaluate investment impacts on pricing and supply. She aspires to build a career in commercial real estate finance with a focus on acquisitions, credit, and structured investments.

Bo is a junior at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, pursuing a B.S. in Business Administration with an Area of Emphasis in Real Estate and a minor in Urban Studies and Planning. He serves as co-president of the UNC Undergraduate Real Estate Club and will intern with the Real Estate Investments team at GCM Grosvenor in New York City in summer 2026. He has previous experience at Regions Bank, Cushman & Wakefield, JLB Partners, and the Dallas Mavericks. Outside the classroom, he enjoys fishing and following the NBA.

Felipe Santos is a senior at the University of Central Florida pursuing a double major in Real Estate and Finance with a track in Professional Sales. Originally from Brazil and fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, Felipe is building a career in investment sales brokerage with the goal of becoming a top producer across Florida’s core growth markets including Miami, Tampa, and Orlando. His vision is to compete at a high level, win listings, and close transactions with precision and scale.

Felipe has completed internships across asset management and retail investing, beginning with Lyons Wealth Management, then joining Manova Partners where he supported underwriting, due diligence, and performance tracking across nearly $1B in AUM. He later worked with Regency Centers, focusing on retail acquisitions, leasing strategy, and trade area analysis for institutional-quality assets.

He is currently working with Millenia Partners, a boutique commercial brokerage in Orlando, where he supports leasing/sales efforts, market research, client outreach, and transaction execution; deepening his analytical foundation while gaining real sales experience with live deal flow.

Crystal Stewart is a Real Estate and Finance student at Georgia State University whose passion for commercial real estate is deeply rooted in her family’s legacy as a third-generation contractor. From an early age, she developed an appreciation for how the built environment shapes lives, a perspective that fuels her drive to create transformative projects that go beyond transactions. She has earned a spot apart of the honors cohort and secured over $100,000 in scholarships for leadership and merit, and broadened her global perspective through study abroad programs in Brazil, Europe, and Southeast Asia. Professionally, she has gained multifaceted experience across the capital stack: at Torchlight Investors in New York, she engaged in CMBS trading and investor relations; at Patterson Real Estate Advisory in Atlanta, she honed her underwriting and market analysis skills on joint ventures and equity transactions; and at Principal Real Estate in Des Moines, she strengthened her deal execution acumen through acquisitions and dispositions. She expanded her valuation expertise at Partners Real Estate in Houston and now advances her career as an Acquisitions Analyst at Providence Real Estate, focusing on underwriting, strategy, and identifying investment opportunities. Ambitious yet grounded, Crystal looks forward to expanding her impact in acquisitions, building on her ability to evaluate complex deals and navigate dynamic markets. Her long-term aspiration is to establish her own development firm, where she can unite financial strategy with entrepreneurial vision to deliver projects that create lasting economic value and meaningful community impact.

Jonathan Yeung, originally from Hong Kong, is a fifth-year Architecture major at Cornell University with a minor in Real Estate. He has gained experience across real estate equity and credit through internships at Gaw Capital, Vornado Realty Trust, Olive Tree Holdings, and most recently Ares Management in their U.S. Real Estate Debt Group. Upon graduation, he will return to Ares as a full-time analyst, continuing to build expertise in asset classes, capital structures, and risk profiles. Outside of work, Jon follows professional football, basketball, and golf, and channels his creativity through freelance live-event photography.
