Crystal Stewart is a Real Estate and Finance student at Georgia State University whose passion for commercial real estate is deeply rooted in her family’s legacy as a third-generation contractor. From an early age, she developed an appreciation for how the built environment shapes lives, a perspective that fuels her drive to create transformative projects that go beyond transactions. She has earned a spot apart of the honors cohort and secured over $100,000 in scholarships for leadership and merit, and broadened her global perspective through study abroad programs in Brazil, Europe, and Southeast Asia. Professionally, she has gained multifaceted experience across the capital stack: at Torchlight Investors in New York, she engaged in CMBS trading and investor relations; at Patterson Real Estate Advisory in Atlanta, she honed her underwriting and market analysis skills on joint ventures and equity transactions; and at Principal Real Estate in Des Moines, she strengthened her deal execution acumen through acquisitions and dispositions. She expanded her valuation expertise at Partners Real Estate in Houston and now advances her career as an Acquisitions Analyst at Providence Real Estate, focusing on underwriting, strategy, and identifying investment opportunities. Ambitious yet grounded, Crystal looks forward to expanding her impact in acquisitions, building on her ability to evaluate complex deals and navigate dynamic markets. Her long-term aspiration is to establish her own development firm, where she can unite financial strategy with entrepreneurial vision to deliver projects that create lasting economic value and meaningful community impact.
