Learn to use the Rockport VAL Cash Flow Modeling & Property Valuation application this Spring! VAL is a cloud-based platform for CRE modeling & analysis, built on a modern user interface. CREFC participants will receive a one-year VAL license after the training to keep building their skills and getting real-time exposure to modeling live deals in VAL. License information will be sent to each attendee with course materials from our presenters ahead of each course. In this session you will be introduced to the interface and step through modeling a Commercial property to produce cash flows and DCF & Direct Cap Valuations. The case study includes tenant rollover assumptions, expense reimbursement analysis, creating 'what-if' stress-scenarios, graphical scenario comparisons, model sharing, Excel integrations, debt sizing, reporting, and portfolio creation/portfolio valuations.
