CRE Finance Council and Townhouse Partners are pleased to announce an Argus Educational Event offering an overview of Argus Enterprise, the replacement software to Argus DCF 15.
The objectives of this training session are:
- General Overview to assist the user in navigating a completely revamped software
- Discussions regarding:
- Market Leasing Assumptions (MLAs);
- Rent Rolls and Tenancy;
- Expense and Capital data;
- Report Suites;
- A general sense of functionality and use;
- Case Study Walk Through
The training program will be followed by a question and answer session.
The software overview will be led by Eric Herlands, a managing director at Townhouse Partners. With 30+ years of valuation / transactional experience, Mr. Herlands is currently an adjunct at NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate. Mr. Herlands developed and currently teaches an Argus focused acquisitions elective within the graduate school.
