Using the Her New Standard (HNS) Champion Your Career assessment in this workshop, you will have the opportunity to gain greater awareness of key elements that strategically advance one’s career. You will identify areas that need greater attention and then build strategies for success that can be put into immediate action. In this session, you will explore how to strengthen the following:  - Career Vision – what you want and how to get there. - Assess – what you do well and where you need to further develop. - Relationships – how well you foster relationships and gain strategies to expand your network. - Performance – evaluate the current impact of your contributions.

Hosted by the Women’s Network, this workshop is open for all to attend and participate in. This program is highly interactive and will be set up as a virtual Zoom meeting – we ask that all attendees turn their cameras on and participate.
