Self-Advocating and Building Your Brand
Join us for a virtual workshop focused on self-advocating, including elements of storytelling and a focus on powerful messaging with purpose. Attendees will gain an understanding of how they present themselves to others and how they are perceived in the workplace. They will also learn how to advocate for themselves and communicate the personal brand they wish to project. Topics include:
- Defining your personal brand and its importance in the workplace
- Addressing successes and challenges of self-advocacy
- Gaining perspective – exploring how you’re currently perceived and defining your desired perception
- Communicating your values and sustaining authenticity
Hosted by the Women’s Network, this workshop is open for all to attend and participate in. This program is highly interactive and will be set up as a virtual meeting with breakout sessions – we ask that all attendees turn their cameras on and participate.
