Leslie K. Fairbanks, Executive Vice President, Contract Finance, Starwood Mortgage Capital
Ms. Fairbanks is an Executive Vice President and Head of Contract Finance at SMC. She is responsible for the negotiation, documentation, legal due diligence and closing of the company’s commercial mortgage-backed securities loans. Ms. Fairbanks was formerly the Managing Director and Head of Wachovia Bank’s Commercial Mortgage Loan Servicing business, then the nation’s largest loan servicer with a portfolio under management of approximately $400 billion.
