Learn advanced modeling techniques in a live-virtual VAL training session this Fall! The VAL Cash Flow Modeling & Property Valuation application, created by Rick Trepp, is a modern, cloud-based platform for CRE modeling.
The Fall session will focus on producing cash flows and valuations for an Office Property with complex lease structures, highlighting: rollover and recoveries analyses, ‘what-if’ stress scenario analysis, model sharing, auditing/data transparency, Excel integrations, and interactive reports.
For participants who are new to VAL, Rockport VAL will provide a complimentary live-virtual training session to cover Basic Input & Analysis the week prior. Please register for the November 3 Basic session here.
