Claude for CRE Finance:
Configuration and Workflow Fundamentals:
Hands on Training Session
Configuration determines whether AI output meets institutional standards or requires constant rework. This hands-on live training session will allow participants to establish that foundation. Once set, it governs every subsequent response from the tool.
The session is built around the writing and analytical tasks that fill a CRE finance professional's week:
- Synthesizing dense source material
- Drafting for internal and external audiences
- Structuring repeatable analyses
- Producing work that meets institutional standards
The configuration work is the same across roles. The applications scale with responsibility: standardizing analytical inputs at the junior level, drafting internal and counterparty communications at the mid-level, and producing senior-voice materials where firm and personal authority are at stake.
The webinar runs as a working session. Our speaker, Adam Gower, will configure settings live, builds custom writing styles from participants' own samples, and tests the results against representative CRE finance tasks. Participants leave with a configured account, at least one calibrated writing style, a tested prompt set, and a scheduled automation: a workflow that runs on its own, delivering output without manual prompting.
This program is set up as a Zoom Meeting to enable audience participation and engagement.
What participants need: A paid Claude account ($20/month). Our speaker will also demonstrate the automation workflow in Perplexity, which has stronger research capabilities for this use case, then walk through the equivalent build in Claude. A Perplexity subscription is not required.
