This class is targeted for anyone who is looking to take their spreadsheet skills to the next level.  We will cover advanced tools in Excel including the "What If" tools, the use of INDEX(MATCH()),  conditional SUMPRODUCT, OFFSET, and how to build better data tables for sensitivity analysis. This course will also review the new XLOOKUP which is a beta feature that will be rolled out in July. Specific real estate finance problems will be discussed and how best to use the toolkit in Excel to solve them. There will also be coverage of the "new" dynamic array functions that are being implemented in 2020.

All attendees will receive a suite of unlocked spreadsheets in Excel for their own professional use. Prior to the training registered attendees will be sent the link for the virtual classroom. This session will NOT be recorded and users will only be able to participate in it during the scheduled time-slot. 

Intermediate level knowledge of Excel is suggested.  It is not required for attendees to have taken Part I of this series to register for training.
