Virtual Excel Training for CRE Finance Professionals – Part 1

Real Estate Finance

This class is for anyone who wants to learn the basics of real estate finance and investment. Financial concepts such as the time value of money, internal rate of return (IRR), and net present value (NPV) will be explored in the context of real estate finance and investment. Specific metrics and calculations that are used in the real estate industry are defined and calculated. All examples are shown with Excel so that the attendees may easily follow along. 

All attendees will receive a suite of unlocked spreadsheets in Excel for their own professional use. Prior to the training registered attendees will be sent the link for the virtual classroom. This session will NOT be recorded and users will only be able to participate in it during the scheduled time-slot. 
Basic knowledge of Excel is suggested.
