CREFC Sustainability Summit
Please join CREFC's Sustainability Initiative on May 2 for its second Sustainability Summit. We are thrilled to feature experts across the range of sustainability and commercial real estate finance. During the Summit, participants will hear from engaging speakers and panelists covering topics in sustainability that are becoming increasingly relevant to the CRE and CRE finance space. A sampling of key topics includes: - The role of C-PACE in financing efficiency and resiliency improvements; - The evolving insurance landscape in a stormier world; - Regulatory, legislative, and policy developments in ESG; - Local ESG laws and ordinances; and - The incorporation of climate risk in due diligence.
