Please join CREFC, CleanFund and Nixon Peabody for an After-Work panel and networking event on Wednesday, June 19th, starting at 5:30pm. The event will be on Nixon Peabody’s rooftop terrace overlooking DTLA (and Dodger stadium) and will include pre and post panel networking and cocktails. The panel will cover strategies to drive savings for new construction and existing commercial real estate properties. In today’s high cost environment, finding efficiencies can prove critical to cash flows.
Discussion topics will include:
- Incorporating an energy efficiency program and sustainability strategy
- Limiting exposure to scope creep and cost overruns
- Capital stack maximization, including incorporating C-PACE financing
