CREFC WORLD
CREFC World represents the latest evolution of our longstanding industry publication, which originated in 1999 as CMBS World and was rebranded in 2010 as CRE Finance World. The publication was issued two to three times annually, including special editions for CREFC’s Annual Conference in June and CREFC Miami in January. Its last issue was published in Winter 2020. CRE and Multifamily: In the Spotlight began in 2020 and concludes in September 2025. After 27 years of delivering industry insights under various iterations, CREFC would like to thank the dedicated Editorial Boards who have contributed to this publication's success throughout its history.
We are excited to announce this new digital-only, multi-article format, which transforms our established publication into a more streamlined, concise platform that continues to showcase compelling
insights, trends, and innovations shaping the commercial real estate and multifamily finance markets. CREFC World maintains our commitment to thought leadership while highlighting what's happening now and what's coming next in commercial real estate finance.
Submissions for this series should be forward-thinking original articles on all aspects of the commercial real estate market. Topics should be timely and the articles should be written in a lively manner. Only original works will be considered. Selected articles will be published in our bi-annual digital publication, reaching our entire membership and key industry stakeholders. CREFC World articles will reach the industry's most influential participants. Readers and contributors include balance sheet lenders, CMBS originators, issuers, investors, servicers, trustees, rating analysts, researchers, traders, attorneys and other industry experts. Our Editorial Board is comprised of a committee of industry leaders/volunteer members.
