This Introductory Guide to the CRE Finance Council Investor Reporting Package™ (“IRP”) provides a summary, geared towards CMBS investors, and includes:
- A history of the IRP;
- How the package is structured;
- How the investors can access the information; and
- What information is available at the bond, loan and property level and where it can be found within the various IRP reports.
