Roy Chun, Senior Managing Director, CMBS Surveillance, KBRA

Roy Chun is a Senior Managing Director at Kroll Bond Rating Agency and head of the CMBS Surveillance group which includes CRE CLOs. Prior to joining KBRA, Roy was a Senior Director at Freddie Mac overseeing the surveillance and various master servicing responsibilities of the agency’s multifamily portfolio of loans and guarantees. Prior to his work at Freddie Mac, Roy was at Standard & Poor’s in a number of different roles including being a senior member of the Structured Finance team in charge of global surveillance initiatives and also as head of the CMBS surveillance team. Roy holds a BS in Engineering and Applied Mathematics from Stony Brook University and a MBA from Baruch College.




 

Theresa Dooley-Bollman, Director, Commercial Real Estate Structured Finance, Bank of America

Theresa Dooley is a Director within the Commercial Real Estate Structured Finance Group where she is responsible for all analytics related to origination and securitization of commercial real estate debt. Ms. Dooley’s product expertise includes fixed rate conduit, standalone large loan, floating rate, agency CMBS and re-REMIC’s. Prior to joining BofA in mid-2010, Ms. Dooley was a Vice President and lead structure at J.P. Morgan Securities, Inc. where she started her banking career in 1995. Ms. Dooley holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Albert Nerken School of Engineering at The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art.




 

Chad MilbrandtVice President, Midland Loan Services, a PNC Real Estate business

Mr. Milbrandt joined Midland Loan Services in 2000 and is a Vice President within Midland Loan Services Real Estate Solutions group. His primary responsibilities include the direct management of a team of special servicing asset managers. Additional responsibilities include managing a portfolio of distressed loans, maintaining client relationships, and performing due diligence for CMBS new issuance and defaulted loan portfolio transactions.

Mr. Milbrandt has resolved commercial real estate loans across all property types throughout the United States and has experience in all aspects of non-performing loan asset management, from single asset full recourse loans to complex CMBS structures with multiple debt tranches. His work-out expertise includes Borrower/Guarantor negotiations, modifications, note sale initiatives, receivership sales with assumption financing, pursuit of legal remedies including judicial foreclosure actions, receiverships, guarantor lawsuits, representation and warranty put back claims, and bankruptcy. Mr. Milbrandt has experience with both CMBS distressed loans, private client portfolio loan work-outs, and asset management of REO properties including value add repositioning and dispositions.

Prior to joining the Real Estate Solutions group, Mr. Milbrandt was a commercial real estate underwriter and originator for Midland's parent company, PNC Bank. Responsibilities at PNC included sourcing and/ or underwriting more than $1.5 billion in new commercial real estate loan opportunities, performing extensive due diligence relating to the loans, preparing detailed loan packages for presentation to an executive loan committee, and assisting with loan closing.
