CREFC is dedicated to educating students and empowering professors about CRE finance. CREFC offers an unparalleled ability to connect, participate, advocate and learn. CREFC develops educational programming to provide its members with the foundational knowledge necessary to be successful within the CRE industry.  

Benefits of Academic Membership

Academic Members will have to reapply annually to renew their membership. Academic memberships starts August 1st and ends on July 31st.

Students and Academics: 
To qualify for CREFC Academic Member status you are not a current CREFC member, not employed full time and must be a full-time student or professor. Students are required to provide their student ID and transcript. Professors and other Academics must provide their University ID and resume. Your Academic status must be vetted in our membership database before qualifying for discounted rates. You will receive a confirmation approval e-mail once reviewed.
