Dan Meyer, VP of Situs, will host participants from across the green lending spectrum, from lenders and aggregators to rating agencies, in a candid conversation addressing many points of interest in this new, emerging lending class. This panel will serve to dispel current myths involved with green lending and will also be an opportunity for industry participants to understand what green mortgage products are available, including CPACE and Agency green products, as well as how to apply them to their projects and capital stack.  Other items on the discussion agenda include the current secondary market for green loans and bonds, as well as the future of green lending, whether it be in whole loan trades, REMICS/Re-REMICs or CLOs.
