Education Committee

Mission Statement:
To support CREFC’s Strategic Plan Initiative of providing educational programs that are current, timely and responsive to the changing market and that serve all constituencies.

The CREFC Education Committee is comprised of CREFC members who are interested in furthering the organization's educational offerings and materials related to CMBS and CRE. Current initiatives include updating the CMBS 101/201/301 Series, development of the E-Primer and accompanying Webinar Series, the Mentoring/Young Professionals Program and ongoing research/survey efforts.

Benefits to serving on the Education Committee include:

• Networking with senior executives and rising stars within the industry
• Access to CREFC's educational materials and the opportunity to influence its offerings
• Participation in CREFC as an organization serving the CMBS and CRE industries
• Team building and leadership skills with the potential to chair future CREFC committees and/or participate on the Board of Governors

Those interested in joining the committee may request to serve on any of the various sub-committees listed above or be placed on a sub-committee by the Oversight Committee.
