Are you a young professional looking for educational programming in commercial real estate finance? We welcome you to join CRE Finance Council and Duane Morris LLP for a session titled Smart Communications on Wednesday, August 5, 2015 in New York City.

Brought to you by CREFC’s Young Professional Sub-Committee and hosted by Duane Morris LLP, this presentation is a fun, interactive way of getting across some very important, and in some ways, fundamental information that many people tend to forget. We first focus on the pitfalls of writing bad emails, and then turn to the best way to write clear, concise communications that reflect the intent of the parties. Throughout our presentation, we emphasize how writing properly in all written communications can help to avoid, or at least give you the upper hand, in litigation.
