The pandemic has contributed to the growing interest and investment in the co-working industry as users of real estate continue to look for flexibility in their real estate portfolio strategy, which has fostered changing dynamics in the sector. CREFC will conduct a presentation to explore what this growing trend means to owners and investors in commercial real estate. What does this portend for owners of "traditional" office space and where are the new investment opportunities in co-working? Is this trend built to last? Join this micro-learning event to hear our industry expert(s) discuss. Additionally, there will be a second session in this series on Co-Living. New program format: Join the Young Professionals Network for this Micro-Learning Session. These shorter programs are designed specifically for the busy YP. Information is condensed into 20-30 minutes to help fit better in your schedules. Micro-learning also improves focus and supports long-term retention (up to 80%).
