 The CRE Finance Council and Bauhinia Real Estate are pleased to announce an ARGUS Enterprise Case Study Training (Part 2).  Completion of CREFC Argus Enterprise Training Overview (Part 1) is highly encouraged for participating in this interactive training.  

The learning objectives of this live interactive training session are to:
Assist learners in more advanced features for Tenant, Market, and Expense Recoveries
- Customize reporting needs for decision making
- Auditing and correcting models
-Practice with a Case Study (below)

This 3-hour training session is targeted to analysts and associates across the CRE community.  ARGUS Enterprise access is required for this training as there will be practical hands on work during the case study portion. All learners must have ARGUS Enterprise installed on their computers prior to the course, the instructor will not be able to assist you in the installation at the start of the class.

Please note that there are a limited amount of registrations for this course as it is an interactive hands-on training. We recommend that you register early. If you register and then are unable to attend it would be appreciated for you to contact us.

This session will NOT be recorded and users will only be able to participate in it during the scheduled time-slot.
