ARGUS Enterprise Training Session 2 – Detailed Recovery Structures, Investment, Valuation & Portfolio Reporting
The CRE Finance Council is pleased to announce an Argus Enterprise Training Session. This 3-hour training session is targeted to analysts and associates across the CRE community. ARGUS Enterprise access will not be required for this training. Attendees will have access to an online “learning lab” where they will be able to access the software for the duration of the training. Prior to the training registered attendees will be sent the links for the virtual classroom and learning lab. This session will NOT be recorded and users will only be able to participate in it during the scheduled time-slot. We highly suggest taking Training Session 1 if you are registering for this course. Program Details: Detailed Recovery Structures The Detailed Recovery Structures course will model simple and complex office and retail recovery structures and apply them to tenants and market leasing profiles. The course will also cover applying a gross-up at the property and tenant level, and creating reference only accounts. Individual tenant and expense recovery reports will also be used in this course. Investment, Valuation & Portfolio Reporting The Investment, Valuation & Portfolio Reporting course will cover the investment and valuation functions in the Valuation-Cashflow module including Purchase Price, Debt Financing, Resale Calculations, and Present Value Discounting. Along with inputting data, various Investment and Valuation reports will be viewed. The user will also create a General Vacancy for a property while excluding specific tenants from the calculation. Finally, a user will learn how to run Portfolio level reports and set up key parameters.

Price: $150 Members/$300 Non-Members Discounted pricing available for member companies purchasing 10+ registrations. Discounts are based per session and cannot be combined with other sessions or trainings. Names and registration information for each attendee must be provided on the approved template (and submitted all together). An invoice with the applied discount will then be provided.
