Making Mental Health a Top Priority

Making Mental Health a Top Priority
In support of World Mental Health Day, the CRE Finance Council is facilitating a workshop to address the current state of mental health and uncertainty created by recent worldwide events. Over the last 18 months, we have all experienced heightened levels of stress, anxiety, trauma, and uncertainty. After being in quarantine due to a global pandemic and witnessing divisive politics, social justice resurgence, and numerous traumatic events, we have undeniably gone through some sort of transformation. During this program Dr. Fritz Galette will discuss the psychological and emotional impact this has had on individuals and organizations. He will also discuss practices and strategies to help develop coping skills, practice mental and emotional wellness, and recognize at-risk behavior.
