This seminar will focus on the current state of the single-family rental industry and the growth of new commercial real estate finance products, including single-family rental mezzanine loans, build to rent loans, revolving credit facilities and traditional bridge loans. Panelists will also discuss the future of the single-family rental market, including looking into the crystal ball to anticipate a potential economic downturn.
