You can expect to do calisthenics, such as pushups, lunges and crunches, as well as drills and sprints. It is essentially a type of interval training—bursts of intense activity—alternated with periods of lighter activity. Sun, sand and sport await. All fitness levels are welcome, pre-registration is required. Deadline to register is January 4th.
