Chuck Lee recently joined Natixis as Head of CMBS – Americas, overseeing US CRE Securitization direct and warehouse lending, principal and client execution across CMBS, CRE CLOs and various other initiatives. Chuck was previously at Berkadia Commercial Mortgage LLC, as a Senior Managing Director – Capital Markets, in addition to serving ~7 years at Credit Suisse as Head of US CRE Securitization and Warehouse Finance, and also served as the Past President and Chairman of the Board of Governors for the CRE Finance Council (“CREFC”).
Prior to joining Credit Suisse in 2014, Chuck spent ~14 total years at JPMorgan ~4 years at Deutsche Bank, serving in a variety of CRE lending, securitization, warehouse and advisory capacities for both firms, as well as on behalf of third-party clients. Chuck began his professional career in the mid-90s at FCI, focusing on asset management, loan workout and liquidation services for the RTC and FDIC. Chuck holds a B.A. in Economics from The Johns Hopkins University and an M.B.A. in Finance from the School of Management at Yale University.
