Bio
Annemarie DiCola, Esq., has been the CEO of Trepp, Inc., since 2005, and was previously its Chief Legal and Administrative Officer. As CEO, she spearheads Trepp’s business as the global leader in the CMBS industry, expanding its expertise and solutions into the broader CRE Finance, Portfolio Lender and Corporate Credit CLO sectors. She continues to work to expand industry transparency with such initiatives as bank and insurance company data consortia for loan performance analysis.
Actively involved since its inception in the leadership of CREFC, she served as its first woman Chair from 2000-2001, received the Founder’s Award, and served a second term as Chair in 2018-2019. She is a current member of the PAC Committee and has served on the Advisory Board of the Women’s Network. Trepp also partners with CREFC to track and report the CRE debt performance of insurance companies.
Prior to Trepp, Annemarie was a Commercial Real Estate attorney at two New York based law firms. She is a graduate of NYU School of Law and Fordham University, as well as the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program.
