CREFC is committed to fostering meaningful connections and collaboration within the commercial real estate finance industry through a variety of vibrant networks and initiatives. These include the Women's Network, which enhances opportunities for women; the Young Professionals Network, which supports junior professionals through networking and education; and the Pride Network, which fosters a welcoming environment for LGBTQ members and allies. Additionally, CREFC offers a Mentorship Program for knowledge sharing, a wide variety of programs geared toward students and academics, a Giving Back initiative to support community service and charity, and Industry Awards to celebrate member achievements in the industry.
