Refunds: REGISTRATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If a registrant is unable to attend a substitute will be accepted at no additional charge. If the transfer is to a colleague who does not qualify for your same registration rate, the rate difference must be paid before the transfer can be completed. Registrations are for the sole use of the individual whose name is listed on the original registration. Registrations cannot be shared or split between individuals. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
