Bio
Jordan Rathlev is an Executive Vice President at Related Ross, where he leads all aspects of mixed-use real estate acquisition and development management. His work includes project sourcing, financial underwriting, deal structuring, public/private partnerships, financing, and project and asset management. Jordan oversees Related Ross’s West Palm Beach initiatives, including property development, operations, leasing and management. He currently manages nearly a 2.0 million-square-foot operating office portfolio and a 3.5 million-square-foot office development pipeline, including the under-construction 10 and 15 CityPlace.
Beyond his professional role, Jordan is an active member of the West Palm Beach community. He serves on the board of the West Palm Beach Library Foundation and is a former board member of the Southland Park and Prospect Park Neighborhood Association. He currently serves on the City of West Palm Beach Permitting Advisory Committee and on the Corporate Partners Executive Committee for the Karvis Center for the Performing Arts. He is also an engaged member of the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County (BDB) and the Palm Beach Public School System.
Jordan and his wife, Laura, reside in the Prospect Park neighborhood of West Palm Beach with their two young children, Lucy and Cam. As a family, they enjoy taking full advantage of the vibrant amenities and lifestyle that downtown West Palm Beach has to offer.
Prior to joining Related in 2014, Jordan was a Real Estate Manager at OTO Development, one of the country’s largest hotel development firms, where he oversaw market analysis, project underwriting, site acquisition, due diligence, and entitlement management for projects in key markets such as Chicago and Boston. He also spent five years in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at Wells Fargo Securities.
Jordan holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development and Corporate Finance from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University.
