Bio
Richard Nordell oversees international real estate investments within the Real Assets platform at Mubadala. With two decades of global experience, he has played a key role in building Mubadala’s international real estate portfolio since joining the company in 2014. Richard, based in Abu Dhabi works closely with his geographic heads and portfolio management team, to manage and grow the global portfolio through strategic partnerships. He is also a member of the Real Assets investment committee.
Over the course of his career, Richard has worked across a wide range of real estate sectors, with a primary focus on the UK, European and US markets. Before joining Mubadala, he was based in London, where he covered European real estate markets at Revcap and Knight Frank.
Richard is an alumnus of the University of Reading, holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Economics and an a Masters in Real Estate Investment. He is also a RICS Chartered Surveyor.
