Chris is an Executive Director at Cushman & Wakefield with over 18 years of experience in Investment Banking and Commercial Real Estate Advisory. Chris leads lender outreach for Cushman & Wakefield’s Florida Distressed Asset Services team, providing lenders a single point of contact for Cushman & Wakefield’s various service lines and geographic coverages. Since Joining Cushman’s Equity, Debt & Structured Finance Team in 2016, Chris has been directly involved in over $3.8 billion in capital placement. Chris collaborates with developer and investor clients to offer customized advisory and integrated capital solutions for all asset classes.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Chris was a Managing Director in Ackman Ziff’s Miami office, executing both financing and investment sales transactions. Originally from New York City, Mr. Lentz was an associate in the Bankruptcy & Restructuring group at Evercore Partners, and a senior analyst with the Alternative Capital Group at Lazard Freres & Co., after initially starting his financial career in the Global Real Estate Group at Lehman Brothers.

At Lehman Brothers, Mr. Lentz was part of the team that originated and securitized well over $10 billion of commercial real estate loans during his tenure. Mr. Lentz remained with Lehman/Barclays through the bankruptcy, and was part of the team marketing the real estate equity & debt portfolio throughout 2008.
