Jeff is a Managing Partner and President at Tourmaline Capital Partners where he is responsible for overseeing all investment activities, including acquisitions and business plan execution.
Tourmaline Capital Partners focuses on opportunistic office investments throughout the continental US. Previously, Jeff was the Director of Acquisitions and the Regional Director of New York Metro at Rubenstein Partners. As Director of Acquisitions, he oversaw the investment team and evaluated all debt and equity investments across all coverage regions. In addition, he was responsible for developing and refining the firm’s proprietary valuation methodologies. As Regional Director of New York Metro, Jeff was responsible for all investment activities in that region.
He graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Relations.
