Nishant is a Partner and Head of Public Investments at Derby Lane and is a member of the firm’s Business Risk and Investment Committees. Prior to joining Derby Lane, he was a portfolio manager at 3650 Capital, where he led SASB securities and transitional lending strategies. Prior to 3650 Capital, Nishant was Head of Commercial Real Estate Capital Markets at Annaly and a Partner and CMBS portfolio manager at H/2 Capital. He began his career on the CMBS trading desk at Citigroup and started the firm’s Agency CMBS business. Nishant serves on the Board of Stanford Professionals in Investing and Finance (“SPIF”) and as a Trustee of the Spence School of New York. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Stanford University.
