Bio
Brett Mann joined LNR in July of 2002. He is currently the Director of Loan Asset Management and is responsible for assuring credit analysis consistency, workout strategies, and resolutions for performing and non-performing loans. Prior to his current role, Brett was the Director of Performing Loan Consents where he oversaw all performing loan consents as the head of Borrower Services Group. Within the Loan Asset Management group, Brett has also held the position of Senior Vice President and Team Leader of a distressed loan workout team. Mr. Mann began his career in real estate at Legg Mason Real Estate Services in 1998.
