Jon Edwards is Executive Vice President, Head of Capital Markets at Switch and is responsible for the capital markets activity of the company. He brings more than 15 years of experience as an investment banker, strategist, and lawyer. Jon joins Switch after more than 12 years with J.P. Morgan, where he most recently served as Managing Director and Head of North America for the Infrastructure Finance and Advisory business. In this role, he provided companies in the digital infrastructure sectors loan and bond solutions, as well as debt and ratings advisory services. Jon has successfully led and executed many high-profile debt transactions in the data center and broader infrastructure markets in North America, South America and the Middle East.
