Mr. Bus brings over 25 years and $3B in real estate experience, including 24,000 student housing beds and developments across land, multifamily, single family, and commercial sectors. Since founding Up Campus in 2015, he has delivered more than 6,000 beds and $2B in deals. Previously, he was a JV partner at CA Ventures until 2014, completing over $750M in deals. Mr. Bus holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, an MS in Structural Engineering from University of Illinois, and a BS in Civil Engineering from Cornell University.
