Al Beaumariage is Senior Vice President and Co-Head of Affordable Housing within the Commercial Mortgage Group at KeyBank. An industry veteran having financed in excess of $8B in affordable housing transactions, Mr. Beaumariage brings over 32 years of affordable housing underwriting and origination expertise to the Key platform. Mr. Beaumariage has specific experience with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and Private Placement Bond loan programs and has fine-tuned expertise with the 4% and 9% low income housing tax credit programs. Mr. Beaumariage is also a seasoned expert in the areas of tax-exempt bonds, section 8 HAP contracts, real estate tax abatements, ground leases, and various other subsidy programs.
Mr. Beaumariage joined KeyBank in January, 2014 from Walker & Dunlop, and its predecessor company CW Capital, where he served as Vice President of Originations.
Mr. Beaumariage graduated from the Pennsylvania State University Smeal College of Business with a B.S in Real Estate Finance.
