Saul Sutton has been instrumental in the expansion of the Catal Group Family Office since 2015, where he currently serves as the Chief Executive. Over the past decade, he has managed Catal Group’s asset allocation and risk strategy across real estate, public and private equity, hedge funds, and alternative investments. In the same year, he co-founded Vista Property, focusing on the development of a diverse portfolio that includes ground-up projects and value-add repositioning investment properties in the U.S.. Abroad, the family has invested in the U.K. market since the early 1980's which grew into a design and development firm branded under Wendover Partners in 2022. Saul has overseen more than $3B in real estate development across the U.S. and U.K. over the last decade. Most recently, Catal Group expanded into private credit, launching a commercial real estate debt fund focused on middle market construction and bridge financing under Catal Capital in August 2024. Saul graduated from Pratt Institute.
